ABOUT ME

I’m Joanna Zasadny, founder of JZ Collective and Senior HR executive with 18+ years of experience scaling people functions inside private-equity backed, multi-site organizations.

I’ve led HR through M&A integrations, built and developed teams across foodservice distribution, retail tire and auto, and beyond.
